چکیده

تقاضاهای بازار به سرعت در حال تغییر است و گسترش فرهنگ کارآفرینی نه تنها باعث افزایش شاخص های رشد اقتصادی و صنعتی شده، بلکه با افزایش اشتغال موثر کمک فراوانی به آسایش و ایمنی جامعه خواهد کرد. کارآفرینی و نوآوری ارتباطی مثبت با یکدیگر دارند و هر دو در کنار هم به رشد و توسعه سازمان ها و به طبع آن، جامعه کمک می کنند. در تحقیقات و عملکرد مدیریت نوآوری، درک قابل توجهی از این جایگاه وجود دارد، اما کمتر با چگونگی تعامل نوآوری و دانش باز (سرریز کننده‌ها) با اکوسیستم‌های کسب‌وکار شناخته شده است. شبکه‌ سازی ها شرکا را قادر می سازد تا دانش خود را به اشتراک بگذارند. در این راستا ما به بررسی نوآوری باز و تاثیر آن بر توسعه اقتصادی می پردازیم زیرا، این فرصت را به سازمان می دهد تا با ایجاد شبکه وسیع از تکنولوژی و دانش گام های سریعتری برداشته شود و به تبع آن منجر به رشدکسب وکارها می گردد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The objective of this paper is to examine the role of open innovation in economic development and its impact on business growth. It aims to explore the relationship between innovation, open knowledge, and business ecosystems, and understand how open innovation contributes to the growth of organizations and society.
Method: The paper utilizes a case study approach, reviewing recent articles that provide insights into open innovation and its implications. The research employs theoretical frameworks and various methodologies to analyze the concept of open innovation and its relevance to economic development. The study also considers the transfer of knowledge and the formation of networks in open innovation processes.
Findings: The findings highlight the positive relationship between entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic development. Open innovation, with its emphasis on knowledge sharing and collaboration, enables organizations to take advantage of a wide network of technology and expertise. This leads to faster progress, growth, and development of businesses within a dynamic market environment.
Conclusion: The paper concludes that open innovation plays a crucial role in fostering economic development. By promoting knowledge transfer and collaboration, open innovation facilitates the growth of organizations and contributes to societal well-being. Understanding the significance of open innovation and its impact on business ecosystems is essential for leveraging innovation for sustainable economic growth.
