چکیده

چکیده: شیوع کرونا را می توان در زمره‌ی بحران‌های جهانی قرارداد. پروژه‌ها و کسب و کارهای زیادی به سرعت از فراگیری این بحران متاثر شدند. این پژوهش از دو طریق بررسی منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه‌ی عمیق با 14 نفر از خبرگان در حوزه‌ی کارفرمایان پروژه‌های توسعه‌ای در صنعت نفت و گاز ، سعی نمود تا چالش‌های مدیریت پروژه را در مواجهه با بحران کرونا را در این صنعت شناسایی کند. از میان 432 گزاره‌ی جمع‌آوری شده، پس از دو مرحله تحلیل محتوا 24 موضوع چالش‌زا در مدیریت پروژه‌ی طرح‌ها و پروژه‌های صنعت نفت و گاز شناسایی شد. با استفاده از توزیع پرسشنامه طیف لیکرت میان جامعه خبرگان مدیریت پروژه در صنعت نفت و گاز به اولویت‌بندی موضوعات چالش‌زای شناسایی شده، پرداخته شد. موضوعاتی نظیر آمادگی تئوری و عملی در مواجهه با بحران، پدافند غیرعامل و ... به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین موضوعات و مادران شاغل، محدوده جغرافیایی پروژه و ... به عنوان موضوعات چالش‌زای ویژه‌ی ایران شناسایی شدند.

چکیده [English]

The spread of Corona can be classified as a global crisis. Many projects and businesses were quickly affected by the spread of this crisis. This research tried to identify the challenges of project management in the face of the Corona crisis in this industry by examining library sources and in-depth interviews with 14 experts in the field of employers of development projects in the oil and gas industry. Among the 432 statements collected, after two stages of content analysis, 24 challenging issues were identified in the project management of plans and projects in the oil and gas industry. By using the distribution of the Likert scale questionnaire among the community of project management experts in the oil and gas industry, the identified challenging issues were prioritized. Topics such as theoretical and practical preparation in the face of crisis, passive defense, etc., were identified as the most influential topics, and working mothers, the geographical scope of the project, etc., were identified as special challenging topics for Iran.
