Leadership Model with a Strategic Knowledge Management Approach in Secondary Education

Abstract
Objective: Strategic knowledge management (SKM) enhances educational effectiveness by promoting data-driven decisions, collaboration, and innovation. This study explores how entrepreneurial leadership, aligned with SKM, fosters dynamic learning environments in secondary education, supporting students' development in problem-solving, adaptability, and business skills.
Method: A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using databases such as EBSCO, ERIC, Scopus, and Web of Science. From 501 initial studies (2012–2024), 22 highly relevant articles were selected using Boolean search strategies.
Findings: The analysis identified seven key dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership integrated with SKM: entrepreneurial ecosystem, entrepreneurial knowledge, knowledge networking, innovative school culture, organizational learning, risk management, and financial leadership. These dimensions collectively enhance student engagement, innovation, and educational performance.
Conclusion: Entrepreneurial leadership, supported by SKM, prepares students for real-world challenges by bridging theory and practice. Schools adopting this model benefit from increased innovation and improved learning outcomes. Future research should investigate the practical application of the model and its long-term effects on student success and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
