1. By logging into their account, the corresponding author can view the status of their manuscript.
2. If needed, they can contact the journal's staff via email at journal@iransaei.ir.
Pursuant to the "Regulations on Determining Article Processing Charges in Open Access Scientific Journals" (Notification No. 162229 dated April 21, 2021) and the official letter No. 40879 dated May 14, 2022, from the esteemed Deputy Minister for Research at the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology (MSRT), a fee of 2,500,000 IRR is charged for the peer review process, and 7,500,000 IRR is charged for the publication of accepted manuscripts.
These fees are payable by the authors of submitted articles.
Click on the "Login" option at the top of the page. Then, click on "I forgot my password!" You will be asked to enter your email address. After that, you will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.
Only the corresponding author can view the latest status of the manuscript on the journal’s website. Any updates regarding the manuscript will be communicated to the corresponding author, and co-authors can stay informed through them.
If the status shows "Review Completed" at either the initial or final stage, it means that the review process is finished, and the decision has been made. The response will be sent to you via the system and email.
To receive the acceptance letter, the corresponding author can download the acceptance certificate from the journal system after the manuscript is finally accepted.
