Abstract
Objective: Given the increasing role of coaching in developing of startup and entrepreneurial ecosystems, the concept of coachability has attracted the attention of researchers as one of the key factors of effectiveness among entrepreneurs and coaches. However, the literature in this field is scattered and without a comprehensive picture of its scientific development path. The aim of this article is to outline the knowledge structure and identify research streams and gaps in the field of “entrepreneurial coachabilty” through bibliometric analysis.

Method: Using bibliometric analysis on data collected from Scopus databases and the VOSviewer tool, have been examined trends, author networks, conceptual clusters, and key works in the field of entrepreneurial coachability.

Findings: The findings show that the entrepreneurial coachability literature is divided into four clusters: “entrepreneurial coachability drivers and outcomes”, “relationship between training centers’ funding and coachability”, “characteristics of coaches and coachees in the process of startup training” and “relationships between coaching and coachability”. Also, gaps such as the lack of integrated models, coachability measurement tools and the lack of indigenous studies were identified.

Conclusion: The research results, while identifying research gaps and strengths in the concept of entrepreneurial coachability, provide suggestions for coaches, policymakers in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and designers of acceleration programs and can be used to guide future research and design effective interventions in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
