شناسایی و رتبه بندی شاخص های مؤثر بر ظرفیت نوآوری در شرکت های خصوصی

چکیده
هدف: در عصر حاضر شرکت‌ها با تکیه‌بر نوآوری، تقویت و ترویج آن می‌توانند به مزیت و برتری‌های بلند مدتی در عرصه‌های رقابتی دست پیدا کنند که بقا و دوام آن‌ها را تضمین می‌کند، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های مؤثر بر بهبود ظرفیت نوآوری با رویکرد کیفی_کمی انجام شده‌است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف در زمره پژوهش‌های توسعه‌ای_کاربردی قرار دارد.
روش: جامعه مورد مطالعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل 14 نفر از فعالان و خبرگان حوزه تحقیق، توسعه و نوآوری بودند. یافته‌های حاصل از انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با بهره از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی منجر به شناسایی 23 کد باز شد، افزون بر این در بخش کمی نیز جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد شرکت‌های خصوصی به تعداد 400 = N نفر بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 180 نفر از آنان به‌صورت هدفمند در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌بود که با استفاده از مطالعه ادبیات، پیشینه پژوهشی و مصاحبه‌ها تدوین شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: از بین معیارهای شناسایی شده بیشترین رتبه میانگین مربوط به طبقه فرآیندی (13/4) و کمترین رتبه میانگین متعلق به طبقه خروجی‌ها (00/4) است. بر این اساس می‌توان گفت که شاخص‌های شناسایی شده بر حسب اولویت در نوآوری و ارتقا ظرفیت آن برای شرکت‌های خصوصی بسیار تأثیر گذارند که در جهت حفظ و بالا بردن توانمندی‌های باید به‌درستی بررسی و نقاط ضعف و قدرت سازمان در آن‌ها ارزیابی شود.

چکیده English

Objective: In the current era, companies can maintain their long-term advantages in competitive fields by relying on innovation and strengthening and promoting innovation within themselves. The current research was conducted of identifying and ranking the effective indicators of the capacity of innovation with a qualitative-quantitative approach, which in terms of purpose is included in the category of development-applied research.
Method: The population studied in the qualitative section included 14 activists and experts in the field of research and development and innovation, and the findings of semi-structured interviews with them using a purposeful snowball sampling method led to the identification of 23 open codes. became in the quantitative part, the statistical population included all the managers and senior experts of the cooperating private companies in the number of 400 people, and 180 of them were randomly selected using Morgan's table.
Results: The data collection tool in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was developed using the literature study, research background, and interviews. The findings indicate that among the identified criteria, the highest average rank belongs to the process category (4.13) and the lowest average rank belongs to the output category (4.00). It can be said that the identified indicators have a great impact on innovation and capacity improvement for private companies, which should be properly examined and the weaknesses and strengths of the organization should be evaluated to maintain and increase capabilities.
