توسعه چارچوبی برای نوآوری در مدل‌های کسب‌وکار فناوری‌محور: مرور سیستماتیک بر ادبیات موجود

چکیده
هدف: نوآوری مدل کسب‌وکار فناوری‌محور به‌عنوان ابزاری کلیدی برای ایجاد ارزش، مزیت رقابتی و سازگاری با محیط‌های پویای فناوری شناخته می‌شود. با افزایش اهمیت این حوزه در مطالعات مدیریتی، نیاز به چارچوبی جامع که ابعاد مختلف این نوع نوآوری را پوشش دهد، احساس می‌شود. از اینرو هدف این تحقیق، ارائه چارچوبی جامع برای نوآوری مدل کسب‌وکار فناوری‌محور بر اساس یک مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات است. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات است. در این پژوهش 328 مقاله بررسی و در نهایت بعد از چند مرحله غربالگری 21 مقاله برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که نوآوری مدل کسب‌وکار فناوری‌محور شامل سه بُعد اصلی است: ابعاد فنی و فناورانه، ابعاد ارزش‌آفرینی و ابعاد پایداری. این ابعاد از طریق معیارهایی نظیر قابلیت‌های فناورانه، پیشنهاد ارزش، و پایداری اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی تعریف می‌شوند. عوامل مؤثر بر این نوآوری به چهار دسته تقسیم می‌شوند: عوامل داخلی سازمان، عوامل خارجی سازمان، عوامل مرتبط با اطلاعات و دانش، و عوامل مرتبط با پلتفرم و زیرساخت. علاوه بر این، راهبردهای نوآوری مدل کسب‌وکار شامل راهبردهای مبتنی بر فناوری، یادگیری و انطباق، مشتری و بازار، و ارزش‌ها و پایداری می‌باشد. پیامدهای نوآوری مدل کسب‌وکار فناوری‌محور نیز در عملکرد شرکت، مزیت رقابتی، پایداری و بهبود تجربه مشتری تبلور می‌یابد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که نوآوری مدل کسب‌وکار فناوری‌محور یک رویکرد چندبُعدی است که نیازمند مدیریت هماهنگ عوامل داخلی و خارجی، بهره‌برداری از اطلاعات و دانش و تقویت زیرساخت‌های دیجیتال است. چارچوب پیشنهادی می‌تواند به پژوهشگران و مدیران در درک بهتر این حوزه و طراحی راهبردهای نوآورانه کمک کند.

Objective: Technology-driven business model innovation (TBMI) is recognized as a key mechanism for value creation, achieving competitive advantage, and adapting to dynamic technological environments. With the growing importance of this area in management studies, the need for a comprehensive framework that addresses various dimensions of this type of innovation has become evident. The primary objective of this study is to propose a holistic framework for TBMI based on a systematic review of the literature.
Method: This qualitative research employs a systematic literature review methodology. A total of 328 articles were reviewed, and after multiple screening stages, 21 articles were selected for final analysis.
Findings: The findings reveal that TBMI encompasses three core dimensions: technological and technical aspects, value creation aspects, and sustainability aspects. These dimensions are defined through criteria such as technological capabilities, value propositions, and economic, social, and environmental sustainability. The factors influencing TBMI are categorized into four groups: internal organizational factors, external environmental factors, information and knowledge-related factors, and platform and infrastructure-related factors. Additionally, TBMI strategies include technology-based strategies, learning and adaptation strategies, customer and market-driven strategies, and values and sustainability-oriented strategies. The outcomes of TBMI manifest in enhanced organizational performance, competitive advantage, sustainability, and improved customer experience.
Conclusion: The results indicate that TBMI is a multidimensional approach requiring the coordinated management of internal and external factors, leveraging information and knowledge, and strengthening digital infrastructures. The proposed framework provides valuable insights for researchers and practitioners to better understand this domain and design innovative strategies.
