English

Objective: This study aims to develop a comprehensive model for assessing organizational readiness to establish corporate accelerators and implement open innovation practices. The research seeks to provide a structured framework that enables organizations to effectively integrate external knowledge and enhance their innovation capacity.
Method: A qualitative research design was adopted. First, a systematic literature review on open innovation and corporate accelerators was conducted to identify key dimensions and develop an interview protocol. Subsequently, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts in innovation and corporate acceleration. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, and the final model was developed by integrating insights from the literature and empirical findings.
Findings: The findings reveal that organizational readiness for corporate accelerators and open innovation depends on multiple interrelated dimensions, including strategic alignment, organizational culture, structural capabilities, and collaboration mechanisms. The proposed model enhances innovation capacity by facilitating structured knowledge inflows and strengthening collaboration between corporations and startups.
Conclusion: The study concludes that a systematic readiness assessment is essential for the successful implementation of corporate accelerators and open innovation initiatives. The proposed model provides a practical and sustainable framework for managers and policymakers to foster collaborative innovation and long-term value creation.
