Abstract: Organizational coaching is a systematic approach to individual development and training of improved human resources in the direction of the organization's goals. Organizations will be successful if they have employees with experience, knowledge, hard work and initiative, who believe in their own abilities and are motivated towards higher goals. Coaching is implemented both by managers and leaders of the organization and is received as a service from external sources. Trainers can be with managers and employees in different aspects of the organization's performance and provide them with the correct way of thinking and facing problems. In this article, the role of coaches in the development of entrepreneurial culture is investigated and the important factors in the relationship between coaching and entrepreneurial culture are studied. This research is practical in terms of purpose and has used a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). Sampling in both quantitative and qualitative sections has been done purposefully and through available observations. The qualitative part includes open interviews with experts and managers, and in the quantitative part, Dimtel method was used using EXCLE software. "Review by colleagues and approval by experts" was used to check the validity, and the "Steering Committee for Evaluation and Implementation of the Interview Program" method was used to check the reliability. Based on the output of Dimtel method, 6 factors include: self-awareness towards inner feelings, hope and commitment towards job and organization, tolerance of ambiguity, self-esteem and self-belief, and self-awareness towards effective ability and 4 factors include: reducing stress and worry and self-control. In adversities and conflicts, changing attitudes, increasing knowledge sharing between employees, improving the interaction of employees with each other, and management have been effective.
