چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر ویژگی‌های کارآفرینان بر عملکرد مالی با توجه به نقش میانجی انعطاف‌پذیری مالی بود.
روش: تحقیق از جهت هدف، کاربردی، از جهت جمع آوری داده‌ها پیمایشی-توصیفی بوده است. در این تحقیق جامعه آماری شامل مدیران کسب و کار‌های درحال رشد ، واقع در پارک علم و فناوری خراسان در حوزه مشهد بود که 90 نفر به روش در دسترس بعنوان نمونه در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار تحقیق برای مولفه‌های متغیر مستقل، پرسشنامه ای با 21 گویه، برای متغیر میانجی، پرسشنامه ای با 13 گویه و برای متغیر وابسته پرسشنامه ای با 10 گویه در مقیاس 5 گزینه ای لیکرت بود که روایی و پایایی آن در این مطالعه مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفته است.
یافته ها: تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم‌افزار SmartPLS انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که فرضیات تحقیق مورد تایید بودند.
نتیجه گیری: انعطاف‌پذیری مالی در تاثیر ویژگی‌های کارآفرینان بر عملکرد مالی نقش میانجی داشته و همچنین شایستگی، دانش مالی و تحمل ریسک کارآفرینان بر انعطاف‌پذیری مالی آنها تاثیرگذار است.

چکیده English

Objective: This study aimed to examine the impact of entrepreneurs' characteristics on financial performance, considering the mediating role of financial flexibility. Method: In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and in terms of data collection, it is a survey-descriptive study. The statistical population included managers of growing businesses located in the Khorasan Science and Technology Park in the Mashhad area, of whom 90 individuals were selected using the convenience sampling method. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire with 21 items for the independent variable components, a questionnaire with 13 items for the mediating variable, and a questionnaire with 10 items for the dependent variable, all using a five-point Likert scale. The validity and reliability of the instruments were examined and confirmed in this study. Findings: Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS software. The results indicated that the research hypotheses were supported. Conclusion: Financial flexibility plays a mediating role in the effect of entrepreneurs' characteristics on financial performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurs’ competency, financial knowledge, and risk tolerance significantly affect their financial flexibility.
