چکیده
هدف: کارآفرینی خانگی به معنای شروع و اداره یک کسب و کار کوچک در داخل خانه است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و تبیین الگوی کارآفرینی خانگی در صنعت فرش دستباف است.
روش: مطالعة حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی-‌توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش، اکتشافی است که بصورت کیفی -‌کمی (آمیخته) با ترکیب روش نظریه داده بنیاد و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی انجام شده است. روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی غیراحتمالی و از نوع هدفمند و در بخش کمی تصادفی طبقه‌ای بوده است. در بخش کیفی با 13 نفر از خبرگان شامل مدیران و کارشناسان اداره تعاون ،کار و رفاه اجتماعی مصاحبه انجام شد. همچنین در بخش کمی به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها 126نفر بافنده فرش دستباف خلاق و نوآور(کارافرین خانگی) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی، داده‌های بدست آمده از مصاحبه با نرم افزار Atlasti8 و در بخش کمی، داده‌های بدست آمده از پرسشنامه با نرم‌افزارهای spss و Smart PLS تجزیه و تحلیل شده است.
یافته ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد الگوی پارادایمی کارآفرینی خانگی بر 11 مقوله کلی که در برگیرنده عوامل علی(عوامل دولتی و عوامل خانوادگی)، عوامل زمینه ای (شناخت بازار و عوامل فرهنگی)، مقوله محوری (عوامل اقتصادی) عوامل مداخله گر(مدیریت زمان) راهبردها(عوامل تکنولوژیک و برند‌سازی) و در نهایت پیامد ها (پیامدهای شغلی، پیامدهای اجتماعی و پیامدهای اقتصادی) است.
نتیجه گیری: الگوی کارآفرینی خانگی می تواند در دستیابی به موفقیت کسب و کار خانگی کمک کند. و راهکارها و استراتژی‌های مناسب را به ارمغان می‌آورد.

Design and Explanation of a Home-Based Entrepreneurship Model in the Handwoven Carpet Industry

چکیده English

Purpose: Home entrepreneurship means starting and running a small business inside the home. The purpose of this research is to design and explain the model of home entrepreneurship in the handwoven carpet industry.
Method: The present study is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of method, which was conducted qualitatively-quantitatively (mixed) with the combination of foundational data theory and confirmatory factor analysis. The sampling method in the qualitative part was non-probability and purposeful and in the quantitative part it was stratified random. In the qualitative section, interviews were conducted with 13 experts, including managers and experts of the Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare. Also, in the quantitative section, 126 creative and innovative hand-woven carpet weavers (home entrepreneurs) were selected as a sample for data analysis. In the qualitative part, the data obtained from the interview with Atlasti8 software and in the quantitative part, the data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed with spss and Smart PLS software.
Findings: The results of data analysis showed that the paradigm model of home entrepreneurship is based on 11 general categories that include causal factors (government factors and family factors), contextual factors (market knowledge and cultural factors), central category (economic factors) factors The interventionist (time management) is strategies (technological factors and branding) and finally the consequences (occupational consequences, social consequences and economic consequences).
Conclusion: The model of home entrepreneurship can help in achieving home business success. and brings appropriate solutions and strategies.
