چکیده

هدف: مشخصه دنیای امروز تغییرات سریع در انتظارات مشتریان، فناوری­ها و روش­های کاری، می­باشد. جهت انطباق با این تغییرات، سازمان­ها ناچارند ساختارها و رویکرد­های محرک خلاقیت را طرح­ریزی و اجرا کنند. مدیریت دانش با شناسایی، گردآوری، ذخیره و اشتراک دانش­ها بستری را برای بهبود عملکرد سازمان فراهم می­کند. یکی از حوزه­هایی که می­تواند تحت تاثیر مدیریت دانش ارتقاء یابد، خلاقیت و کارآفرینی سازمانی است. رهبری توانمند می­تواند با هدایت و انگیزش، نیروهای سازمان را به سمت هدف هم­سو نماید. بنابراین تحقیق حاضر به‌دنبال بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر کارآفرینی سازمانی با نقش میانجی رهبری در شعب بانک صادرات هرمزگان است.
روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده­ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ زمانی، مقطعی می­باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، شامل کارمندان شعب بانک صادرات هرمزگان می­باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 184 نفر محاسبه و به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. جهت جمع­آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش (چن و هوانگ، 2009)، کارآفرینی سازمانی (براون و همکاران، 2001) و رهبری (باس و آلیو، 2000) استفاده گردید. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ متغیرهای مدیریت دانش، رهبری و کارآفرینی سازمانی، به ترتیب 0.768، 0.701، 0.796 بدست آمد و روایی محتوایی آن­ها با استفاده از نظر خبرگان تأیید شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد که مدیریت دانش بر کارآفرینی سازمانی و رهبری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. بعلاوه اثر مثبت رهبری بر کارآفرینی سازمانی و نقش میانجی رهبری مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: زیر متغیرهای خلق دانش و ذخیره دانش دارای بیشترین بار عاملی هستند که در رابطه با خلق دانش نشان می­دهد که برای پیاده­سازی موفق مدیریت دانش توجه به شناسایی و خلق دانش لازم و ضروری است. در مورد رهبری عدم مداخله­گر نتایج حاصل از تحلیل­های انجام شده به وسیله هر نرم­افزار معناداری رابطه بین رهبری عدم مداخله گر و مدیریت دانش را رد می­کند. هره بردن از رهبری سازمانی برای رسیدن به اهداف سازمانی تعیین شده و برای تشویق کارکنان به خودکنترلی و نوآوری باعث خلق محیط پویا و دستیابی سازمان به کارآفرینی سازمانی می­شود.

Investigating the Impact of Knowledge Management Processes on Organizational Entrepreneurship with the Mediating Role of Leadership Styles (Study Case: Bank Saderat Hormozgan Branches)

چکیده [English]

Objective: Today's world is characterized by rapid changes in customer expectations, technologies and work methods. In order to adapt to these changes, organizations are forced to design and implement creativity-stimulating structures and approaches. Knowledge management provides a platform for improving the organization's performance by identifying, collecting, storing and sharing knowledge. One of the areas that can improve under the influence of knowledge management is organizational creativity and entrepreneurship. Capable leadership can direct and motivate the forces of the organization towards the goal. Therefore, the current research seeks to investigate the impact of knowledge management on organizational entrepreneurship with the mediating role of leadership in Bank Saderat Hormozgan branches
Method: In terms of purpose, the present research is applied in terms of data collection method, descriptive correlation type, and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of this research includes the employees of Hormozgan Bank Saderat branches, which was calculated using Cochran's formula and a sample size of 184 people was selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect information, the questionnaire of knowledge management (Chen and Huang, 2009), organizational entrepreneurship (Brown et al., 2001) and leadership (Bass and Alio, 2000) was used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of knowledge management, leadership and organizational entrepreneurship variables were 0.768, 0.701, 0.796, respectively, and their content validity was confirmed using experts' opinion.
Results: The research findings show that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship and leadership. In addition, the positive effect of leadership on organizational entrepreneurship and the mediating role of leadership were confirmed.
Conclusion: The variables of knowledge creation and knowledge storage have the highest factor loadings indicating their significant role in knowledge creation, emphasizing the essentiality of identifying and creating knowledge for successful knowledge management implementation. Regarding leadership, the non-intervening nature of leadership rejects the meaningful relationship between non-intervening leadership and knowledge management, as evidenced by the conducted analyses using any software. Utilizing organizational leadership to achieve predefined organizational goals and encourage employee autonomy and innovation fosters a dynamic environment and enables organizational entrepreneurship.
